We picked our first cucumber today--now there's a nice salad to have with dinner. I love cucumbers--fresh, pickled, ice-boxed, and made into salads. I hope to have many more in the next couple of months.

Yippee! My brother gave me two of his cucumbers last week. Sliced with vinegar, salt, pepper and refrigerated. Yum!!

Yum! My cucumber plants are only an inch tall so it's going to be a while for me yet.

A few more days and I will have my first cucumber and maybe a tomato to go with it.
