....to watch the world go by?...or watch the plants grow?....or enjoy the wildlife?

I have many places where I can sit in the garden,

But my all time favorite spot is an old Adirondack chair where I sit & have my morning coffee!

Sometimes I even check the stew from this chair ( photo / image / picture from Cayuga Morning's Garden )

What are you favorite spots to sit & enjoy your garden?

I sit under the maple tree in my front yard. I'm near the bird bath and hummingbird feeder. I can see five of my birdhouses.

Every day (weather permitting) I sit there and solve all the world problems and my personal problems. I get up if a bird lands on the limb above me. lol.

Our patio, which gives me a view of the backyard flower bed

and also out over the pasture to the pond

And I hate to admit that I have a folding chair in the barn that I haul out and sit in the shade and watch the chickens. Simple pleasures for the simple-minded!

My "spots" change depending on where the shade is.
But my favorite is right smack in the middle of the garden under the pecan tree at my little table.

We used to have a spot for sitting and enjoying the garden but every time we put up any kind of awning to cover an area a storm moves through, the wind rolls from west to east down our roof and takes it out. Whoa, just had an idea, we haven't had a storm in ages maybe we should put up another awning out there to bring one here....we could sure use a good hard rain with runoff to fill the lakes.

I don't have a place to sit in my new garden yet. Still working on finding a nice spot. Your pictures are very inspiring!

Since that picture was taken we have rearranged the pots and have moved the seat about 2 feet to the right for more room to actually swing.

I haven't nodded off yet but I'm sure it will happen one day.

I love everyone's gardens. I wish I could see them in person. I love getting ideas from all of you.

Of course, you have all seen my favorite spot.

It is great seeing everyone's sitting spaces. I was feeling like maybe I shouldn't have so much outdoor furniture...now maybe I could add one or two more pieces for other areas so I don't have to move things so much. (The chairs and tables move around a lot in our yard depending on my moods and what's coming up.)

Here are a few areas that I sit and enjoy the garden.
