    howdy all,
i'm new to gardening and to this site. this year I have put a green house over my existing mini garden.
    Picture will follow.
I used some rabbit candy on top of my soil to fertilize inside the green house for the spring, and the question is to cover with plastic the raised box or not. As i learned the rabbit manure can be used right away and is no need to be cured, but i was concerning of the weeds it will help to suffocate until spring.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
    cheers to all,
    nick

I am no expert but I don't think it will hurt anything to do it that way.

Go ahead Nick as it will keep any weeds from sprouting and help the rabbit manure to enrich the soil for you.

Get as many weeds out of there as you can. Especially if they pop through the manure. It would take a lot of manure to smother them. Anything that is a perennial weed or rhizome roots will not be killed, anything that goes to seed becomes a huge mess eventually. try to keep ahead of any weeds in there.
