I have broad band and it's really running slow. Must be because of it being Cyber Monday. They say that today is the biggest cyber shopping day of the year. Everybody going back to work after the Thanksgiving weekend and going online to shop.

Ah the pleasures of shopping on-line, is there a sweeter thing. I bought all of my presents on-line last Xmas but this year I think I may do it the traditional way.

I very seldon order anything over the internet but have had very good luck with what I did order. I have been buying gift cards for the family who live at a distance. I got tired of giving my shopping money to the post office or UPS. The bookstores usually have branches everywhere now or if not WalMart or Old Navy have stores out here. Dooley

I have dial up too and have been having quite a time getting into these internet shopping sites lately!
I discovered the joy of shopping online last year when my car broke down. I did almost all my shopping from the comfort of my own chair and it saved me a lot of time and aggravation. Not to mention GAS! The delivery on my goods was less than it would have cost to put gas in my car and go there!

And with online shopping, you don't need to fight all those crazies in the shops. If I can't get something online, I just don't need it.

Really, really slow access yesterday but now everything seems back to normal. I hardly ever buy over the internet but admit that I hate the traditional way of Christmas shopping. Maybe I'll give it a try next year.

The internet was slow moving here, just over the weekend and Monday. Tues. it was back to normal. I do quite a bit of shopping on the net. But I will go to a site where I know there is a store near me just to look and see if they have what I am looking for. Then I call the store and see if it is in stock. If not then I go back to the site and will order it there.
