I picked the second big squash yesterday. It is for seeds for next year. It weighed 6 and 1/4 lbs. and was 21 inches long.

Chance, of course, had to get into the picture. You can see how long she is now. 21 inches up to her head.

This was the other big one. I think it was 17 inches long.

These were zucchini that crossed with yellow straight squash. Our son, Tom, was wondering what they would be like if we planted the seed so I let a couple grow big. We shall see in the spring and summer next year. Dooley

Chance looks like she'd make a fine squash transporter! That's a squash to be proud of.

I wonder how many seeds are in it. lol
Chance looks jealous, that's how our dogs are, so jealous of anything else we are paying attention to.

Awesome squash, dooley!

Chance is too cute for words!
Looks like she is doing her imitation of a crookneck squash. Laughing

Thank you. It's my winter sweatshirt. It's not a Christmas scene, just winter so I don't have to wearing it after the New Year. Dooley

I like the winter scene shirts too, it's sad to only be able to wear a favorite shirt through Christmas!!
