Now this is the type of sale I thoroughly enjoy going to - in fact it's the only type.
I picked up loads of bargains and now I want the rain to stop so that I can get them all planted. Here they are:
Firstly these were a special price and I've always wanted to grow them.
Next these were reduced to only 10p each!!!
Then I simply couldn't resist buying 4 of these at 50p each.
I waklked past these but then went back and bought 2 - again only 50p each!!
Erm then I sorta got side tracked by these and so bought a pack of three for £2.48p - half price.
Yes you've guessed it at only 98p each I just had to have 'em.
These little beauties leapt into my trolley begging for me to plant them in my garden. 3 for £5.
Lastly these Checkerberries were only 90p each and you simply can't buy just one, or even two so - yep - I bought three!!!!
Didn't I do well.

Eileen, what a lot of good deals you bought.
I have been wanting to find some Sea Holly locally but it looks like I will have to mail order it.
Hope the weather changes so you can get them in the ground. If not, make container gardens, I don't see why they wouldn't be happy in good sized pots.

Oh, great finds, Eileen! I can NEVER resist the heavy markdowns!!
I finally potted all those Tulip bulbs that I bought when they hit 75% off.

Eileen - Bargain Hunter
Why was everything marked down so cheap? Great finds, I'm not surprised your trolley filled up fast.
How cute are those Checkerberries?

Frank B&Q were making space for newer stock and the garden centre is clearing its shelves ready for their big 'spring plant push.' The bulbs take up too much room on the shelves where they put their spring veggie and flower seedlings. I have my timing down to a fine art now and can pick up lots of goodies the week after New Year.

Great deals Eileen, they will all look so pretty when flowering. I have resisted everything I have seen so far, but payday is Thursday so I shouldn't brag too soon. Of course, it will be a while before it dries out enought to plant anything here. Heavy sigh!!!!

Well done!! I can see why you ended up with your arms full of bargains - now I want to go scrounge around the stores here to see if anyone is doing the same. Love the little checkerberries, triplets for your yard.
