I am very interested in organic gardening. I would like as much info as I can receive on starting an organic veggie garden from scratch.

The best way to start is to stop all insecticides, pesticides. In fact, if the name has 'cide in it, don't use it.
Welcome to the stew from an organic gardener in New Orleans. Tell us more about yourself.

I do know that if you boil cedar leaves and use the liquid to spray on your corn silk as soon as it appears you will not have silk worms in your corn. I tried this and it works. Organic Gardening magazine is a wonderful source of information. Welcome to the Stew from Reggaefans SO.

Hi there from another organic gardener from Scotland. Very Happy

Here are two websites that you should be able to glean some info from.

http://www.helpfulgardener.com/organic/2006/vegetable-garden.html

http://www.organicgardentips.com/vegetable_gardening.html

Looking forward to getting to know you. Mr. Green

Hi allaboutorganic (do you have a shorter name we can call you by Very Happy ) Welcome to the stew from an organic gardener in north Texas.

I like these two sites. The first is the organic gardening magazine on line and the second is an organic gardener who lives in the north Texas area.
