I haven't had a vegetable garden for a couple of years but I just pulled weeds. My last garden was a "pot/container" garden so I could sit on a chair and weed. I don't use chemical because I know they kill weeds and things short term but could never remember how long I had to wait to use the veggies after I used the chemical. Wannabe
