1/ Make sure your photo or image is uploaded to a website that stores photos. We highly recommend PhotoBucket http://www.photobucket.com/ Read their helpful tutorials to get photos uploaded to their site as easy as possible.
2/ Once you photos are uploaded you need to know how to make them appear in a forum post or blog entry. Using PhotoBucket this is easy. Copy the contents of the IMG Code box that PhotoBucket displays below an uploaded image. Now paste this text into your new forum post or blog entry and that's it!
