On my trip to WalMarts today I found some Dutch Iris
bulbs (Miss Saigons) they look really pretty Purple and yellow also I found some low growing Princess Di
Cannas .I can't wait to see them grow and hopefully bloom. There was so many to choose from I had a hard time deciding with 2 I wanted.I really wanted them all. Does anyone have any of these?

Glenda, a word of advice, save your receipt and the picture of the bulb. If it does not come out true to color, or does not sprout they will refund your money for up to a year. I bought several cannas one year, one came out a very tall, extremely invasive, small single red flower that took over the others and I didn't save these things so couldn't get my money back. This is the only time that has happened, everything else was good.

Good luck with the Dutch Irises. I have tried them at least 6 times and they are not happy here in the swamps. They will grow a bit, but then turn yellow and die. Too wet, too hot.

Glenda, I bought several different kinds that year and don't remember which one did not come out true to color and form.
I do remember Christ's Light aka Bangkok(sp) did very well and is still multipling like crazy. I might try Princess Di and Picasso this year. Just keep those receipts, they give you no problem if you have them.
