Hi all,

I was looking at the main blog page this morning and I had a few ideas for some changes that would make it perhaps a bit more appealing for new visitors. Here are the 2 proposed changes:

- In the main central column order the blogs by recent activity rather than number of views. This way blogs that have new entries will get rewarded by being put on top. Also it would make the page look more active (it can look quite static as it is now).

- Make the column on the right 'Most Popular Blogs' (ordered by views) rather than 'Most Recently Started Blogs' as it is now.

Let me know if I should clarify on any of these points Smile I've put up a poll to cast your vote.

Thanks all.

I like the idea too, it will keep all the new blog entries in forefront so they won't be missed.

I like the idea. I wish my computer
wouldn't loose the new posts.I get so mad when it says 78 new post and then I lose all of them .I have missed so many things.I changed the thing to Fire Fox and then deleted it as it was worse.

Ok it's sounding like a go ahead. I'll make the changes real soon. Thanks guys!

Bethie - I agree about the page loading slower. The number of blogs is increasing so I'll have to address that soon. Thanks for pointing it out Wink
