Slice up some cucumber. Very thin.
Slice up some carrot.
1 packet of sweet 'n' low or other type of sweetener
2 tablesppons of vinegar
Put in a large bowl and mix up.
The sugar and vinegar are a good mix.
Tastes awsome, but eat within an hour. After that it loses it's zest.
