Have you ever noticed how the name for snow changes the further you get into the winter season?
Mid November - Beautuful light flurries.
Mid December - Such pristine coating of snow all over everything. Just enought to get me into the Christmas Season!
Mid January - Mor of the white stuff, but not too bad as spring will soon be here!
Mid February - Ten inches more of that white crap! If I see one more flake I will go crazy!
We are to get 6" to 10" of white crap tonight and Tues!

I remember that white crap. Snow shovel and a hundred pounds of sand in the car trunk. No more.

I totally agree with the white crap definition. After all those New York and Wisconsin winters, I no longer even like to see snow on the mountain tops.

Here's me still wishing for a good layer of the white stuff too. Scottish winters just ain't the same without it.
