Our cat Longfellow spends most of the day in the house but is put in the garage at night. Last night he wasn't downstairs or in our bedroom, his usual hiding places. As you can see by the picture, he found a new place to sleep. He still got sent to the garage even if he did look comfortable.

"Oh, but Mommy, I am sooooo comfy, how could you even think of putting me in that cold drafty garage." says Longfellow.

I wonder why cats like sinks so much? Maybe they think it's a new kind of kitty basket.

Actually the part of the garage that is used as a workshop is heated and sometimes warmer than the house.

I'm guessing your sink doesn't drip then?

Cats sort of tend to "slump" into the shape of whatever container they find themselves in. Perhaps the sink shape is a comfortable sort of slump.
