Thought I'd post a link to the small webpage I've put together for the expansion of my library. There's not much there, currently, but more updates will be added as required...

I think a computer/multimedia room is an excellent idea Dan. I hope it's not too long until the extention is built and the rooms up and running. Do keep us posted on the progress.

The room should be built in about two and a half to three months. We'll see what actually happens.

Fingers crossed it all goes to plan and that there are no hold-ups with the builders. It would be great to have everything operational by summer.

We've already had some holdups. The county decided we needed a complete soil analyses, which added 4-6 weeks onto the schedule.

Sounds like a good sized room and one that is needed very much.I seem to remember that your summer program was real crowded last year. Congrats on your new room. Wannabe

Great to see the updated pictures Dan. Lets hope the soil analysis tests are favourable and that the work keeps moving on a good, steady pace.

Thanks Dan - I'm off to have a look!!!

Back again!!!

The floor plan looks great Dan. Well thought out. I like the idea of the 'comfy' chairs with the tables between them - great for two people to sit and compare notes or study. Are the larger tables for laying out projects or for groups to sit around?

The slab is poured, the frame is up, the roof and walls are sheeted. The inspector gave the go ahead to finish roofing and put up the exterior siding today.

Oh, and the update site is currently offline, since we had to move to a new host. Hopefully, it will be back up soon.
