This bird was up in a tree behind the Guard Shack.
Its a rather large bird has a burned orange almost brown under its wings and its chest tinged in the same .I thought it might be a Robin but it seems to large for that.The tree its in is really tall so I couldn't get a real good shot of it.It didn't seem afraid of me getting under the tree.
I think it is building this nest.

I love to watch the birds in my yard. Spring is so exciting when they are so busy getting their nest ready for their little chicks. The way you describe her she sounds like a robin to me also.

She is really a big one if she is troll.I watched her off and on as long as I has light to see her.
