I like the idea of it, though I am sorry this particular company may have some quality control issues... Nothing to stop the rest of us from getting one of each color from the local nursuries and copying the fun idea.

Fingers crossed that your order is OK Kat and the the plants live. You can also do the same thing with roses btw. I have friends who does it with fruit bushes as well. Certainly makes passers-by's eyes pop to see gooseberries with black and red currants all on the same bush.

If it is just three plants and they are not grafted you could probably make your own It would just need some training during the season. I used to have a 5 in 1 Apple Tree but had to cut it down in the name of progress This last time I was in Florida I saw a huge Hibiscus that had 4 or 5 cultivars grafted onto one bush, it was very effective.

That was a really pretty bush~didn't realize that it was 3 different plants combined!
I would think you could fix one up yourself too!
Worth a try~love the effect!

That company is also on my "don't order from list." Good luck but SAVE the receipt.

My mother used to order from Michigan Bulb - sometimes things grew and sometimes they didn't. They are inexpensive but you also got what you paid for.
