Here are the new found items Cheyenne and Rachel
found for me and filled the boat with compost.I have to finish other projects before I start on these.
The canoe I am so proud of I can't wait to get it painted and a bed made around it and start my blue and white flowers that was Dooley's idea.
Another ironing board. Its taller than my other one.
Has to have a paint job done on it.
They also found this big tub that will be a planter before long.
Now I have my Ducks oops geese in a row .I need to get busy.

Where did Cheyenne and Rachel find the canoe Glenda? I'd love that Are you going to paint the sides of it, another mini-project?

What a great variety of planters you have Glenda. I want a canoe like yours - what a brilliant idea - it's going to look fantastic!!!

You are a busy girl! What are you doing with the ironing board? A climbing vine? That's a neat idea!! I look forward to seeing pictures when you are done.

I love the boat! I was thinking the same thing with the ironing board - a trellis of sorts?

Yes,Frank I thought I would paint the canoe any idea's on the color. There is a piece of land near me that the people threw away all kinds of junk and moved away all kinds of junk just laying around. The bottom is out of my canoe but it didn't keep it from being a planter
I can hang 4 hanging baskets and run a wire across the legs and put a small
trellis and let a vine run up it.Still thinking on that.I will dig down and bury the top in the ground to make a flower bed under it.If I don't plant a vine.

I'm seeing bright colours Glenda, maybe a simple wave shape to symbolise water. There is definitely a sea blue in the colour scheme and perhaps a yellow

Can't wait to see the end result with that canoe, that will be really cool. You could also give it a name...the USS Cheyenne-Rachel.
I had an old metal ironing board like that for a while, I had intended to have Randy attach an oval tub to the top, paint it all white and plant purple wave petunias in the tub to hang down all around it. But the board wasn't strong enough so I used it for a makeshift plant nursery for a while then had to put it out for the trash. I need to look at the thrift store for another one.

That looks like a lot of projects. I haven't counted mine and don't think that I will. I hope that canoe is exactly where you wanted it to be. No moving it now. Dooley

I'd stick the tub in the ground, by the boat, fill it with water and a couple of goldfish, put rocks round the rim, and have a whole water-feature theme!
