I had such a terrible time sending seeds out last week.......3 times it came back ..FOr canada.
There for it is in my best intrests not to even try to send outside of our borders.
I am very sorry, cause I did enjoy that.
All sorts of restrictions in my state of Penna.
I am very sorry.

I have a problem sending seeds 'over the pond' Barb. Unless I have a special export licence it's a no-no. I have cheated a few times but it's really frustrating as I love to share.

I have done as Eileen but Canada is very strict.Everytime I try they come back.You can't help it Besewnsew.I did get a few from one in Spain and some got there and some to Calin.Lots from him and he got mine but thats the only ones.

I think it has something to do with the fact that we could be exporting pests or diseases into one anothers countries Shanna. Such a shame though that we can't swap with each other.

There are states within the US that you can not ship seeds to from another state. The plant/seed catalogs have some states certain plants and seeds can not be shipped to..usually California, Hawaii and Alaska, sometimes Arizona and once in a while a couple of others. I wanted to order a mini-lemon tree from one catalog and Texas was on the can not ship to list for citrus plants.

I had trouble last year sending seeds out of Canada to the US. They consider seeds "agricultural" which is not allowed to be mailed out of the country. I sent them from a different postal outlet the next time and had no hassels. So far, everyone who I promised seeds to DID receive them.

It isnt my wishes to be rude to anyone..But it is the agriculture end of it , now that us farmers have to go to pesticide meetings to use spray..
Yes we have to buy a license....To spray.
ANd it also depends who is running the postoffice that day you enter.
I have some i sent in USA right now that didnt arrive.
massachuetts ,i think.
been about a month now.
So who you gonna believe??????????

I don't know that it is so terrible.
Kudzu, water hyacinth came to us before the restrictions were put in place and now they are almost impossible to get rid of. 
Fruit flies ruining crops and therefore livelihoods in some states.
In the long run, missing out on growing a plant or two is really not such a hardship.
