This has been growing in my hot house all winter.It is one that pinkiered traded me.I think it is a Ginger but I'm not sure as the tag is gone from it.I can't wait to see the bloom.I would love to know for sure what it is.

I'll be anxious to see the flowers too, Glenda.
It looks rather like something in the Gladiolus family, to me.

It does look like something in the glad family. I know she had some summer flowering glads:

maybe it is them and they are early because they are in your greenhouse.

It looks very similar to my glads Glenda. I wonder what colour it will be when it flowers? Oh I do soooo love surprises in the garden.

Ginger has broader leaves.
Mor like mother in laws tongue family.. Or lily family..

I guess we will find out soon.I just don't know but its sue tall .My glads has never got that tall but Shanna had some last year that got really tall.

I have one glad that gets extremely tall, it is a pretty pink with a yellow throat, very beautiful, the flower spike must is about 15 inches, definitely needs staking every year. This is just part of the flower spike, the bottom flowers had already faded.
