We have a dog, Barney, who turned a year old in January, and three cats. Boris is 16, Sam and Abby are still just kittens really, under a year. Recently, we rescued a stray cat who had been suffering abuse, and brought her in to get her to a vet and get her fixed up. That was a couple of months ago, and we still have her LOL. We've named her Zelda Fitzgerald. No idea what age she might be.
Here's a link to her story. http://www.catster.com/cats/524801
Oh yes, and I can't forget our rescued pigeon Noelle. Not sure how old Noelle is either, but we think she's a little under a year.

I have two German Shepherds. Zeb is 2 and Kosmo is 6. I have a cockatiel who is 5 and assorted koi, ducks and geese.
Teddybear I hate to hear that about your dogs. I have lost dogs to old age many times and have had to make that terrible trip to the vet. You Will know when it is "the Day."
