Those are beautiful! Could they be Globe Amaranth or Gomphrena?

I agree with Gomphrena aka "Globe Amaranth".
I know you guys must think I'm a total plant-nerd (and I guess I am )
for always using the Latin names,
but that's how confusing "common" names can be,
what I've always known as "Bachelor Buttons" is Centaurea cyanus,
a whole 'nother critter.

These are Bachelor's buttons, a little different fron Gomphrena.

GF your BB's look very similar to our cornflowers but in a much wider range of colours.
