1- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1- 0.6 oz pkg italian dressing mix
2 teaspoons milk
1 large cucumber
Dill Weed
you can use any kind of bread you want. the party rye bread works well.

Combine Cream cheese, dressing mix, and milk. Set aside for 30 minutes. Slice Cucumbers thin. cut bread into 1.5 inch rounds. Spread cream cheese mixture onto bread and top with a cucumber slice. sprinkle with dill weed. Keep frefrigerated until serving. Can make ahead if covered well.

Makes about 3 dozen.

*to save time i cut regular pieces of bread with a pizza slicer into 4 squares or just use the party rye bread*
