No scent that I can tell but I can't smell a dern thing with allergies anyway. Quite tall, some are taller than me and wide as well.

Blooms are very tiny. Leaves are long ovals and come to a point, smooth edges.

I think this is the double flowered form called:
Spirea prunifolia 'plena'
