It has long stamens. No scent. Bloomed when the azaleas came out and blooms are now gone. Leaves are large and smooth.

I was thinking it was an azaleas but can't find any id out there.

It's not an azalea, maybe a native dogwood. I'll have to do a search.

Well I'll be. I wonder why they planted this way over in the corner? lol

Now I need to call and see if they were wanting it pruned back to keep it small.
