And it's off to a great start. Mr. Green

We've been tearing off the outer leaves of the lettuces every couple of days,
so tender and delicious, the garlic chives have grown like crazy!

This is what it looked like on the 17th (just 2 weeks ago), newly planted,
the only thing I've added is the parsley.

Hmmm Zuzu if a certain little gnome hand was to brush against the lettuce and 'accidentally' knock off a leaf or three do you think anyone would notice?

Thanks everyone Smile We have really been enjoying adding the radicchio
and fresh greens to the store bought salad stuff.
It won't be long before there is enough in the barrow
that we can stop picking up leafy salad stuff at the farm stand, at least for a while.
I'll still need to stop for tomatoes and cukes tho',
Rolling Eyes I just don't have the space to grow those properly.

Frank, I think a Gnome's portion could likely be afforded
without too much notice. Mr. Green

It's amazing how fast it has grown and filled the wheelbarrow in only two weeks.
