I just couldn't pass up these Raspberry Surprise Dianthus, yesterday, at my weekly trip to Lowes!! I just love Dianthus!!
Oh yes, and these are just a few other of the special little finds!! Of coarse you couldn't expect me to pass up these colorful Verbena either, could you?

Very pretty Sherry. I really like the verbena. It's too early for our Lowes to have much yet so I enjoy seeing others great finds.

Really pretty 'special finds' Sherry, the Verbena colors are very bright, just what I like.
Randy is taking me to Lowes this evening in his pickup for 10 bags of mulch, 5 bags of potting soil....and most likely a plant or two. I think my red verbena bit the dust this winter I have seen no signs of it so far...guess that is another one I need to replace.

Lowes is really getting some fine plants right now!! I even like to check out their mark-downs! I found a really nice Wave petunia marked down last year that made it thru the winter. Yay for Lowes!!

Oh another dianthus fan!!!! After seeing all those lovely verbena too I'm getting more and more desperate to visit a garden centre. What a pity I promised Ian that I wouldn't buy any more plants until we were in Holland.

I have to have dianthus every year. In the twelve six paks I bought a couple weeks ago, three of them were dianthus. I have some that wintered over too. Dooley

Mine never die!! That is what I love about them!! They just get bigger & better. I have some Dianthus Helen that are about ready to bloom!! I'll be sure to take pics. I see I am in good company with all of you Dianthus lovers!! The pink flowers to the left of this message at the lower part by the driveway are my dianthus that I planted last year. They bloomed thru the winter. They just keep on blooming!!

I just got some more dianthus this weekend also. I will be on the look out for that verbana too. So beautiful. I love an assortment so you can have it all.
