Willow tea is made by simply cutting willow branches and placing in water. They root fast and by putting other things you want to root in this water it promotes their rooting. It stimulates them to root faster. I do this with cuttings in the house with wandering jew. They root fast and easy and "encourage" slower rooters to root. It works.
