Before the snow I didn't notice any problems with my rose but today I found this not sure if it is rust spots or black spots. Please tell me what to use on it and what to do.

It looks like black spot. Get Bayer 3 in 1 Systemic for roses. It is in the WalMart gardening center.Blue bottle. Use according to directions. Make sure it is the 3 in 1. It feeds, prevents the major rose diseases and kills pests. Great stuff.

Might be too late to try organic, they tend to be on the milder side.

Thank You Frank I had forgot about her
organic recipes.
I used Daconil Fungicide late yesterday
I had forgot I bought it some time back so I hope it don't harm my bush.
It says on the spray bottle controls stop and prevents over 70 diseases.Sure hope it works.I now have a naked rose bush as I pulled all the affected
leaves off they eveyone had spots so no more leaves.

Try the 3 in 1 as suggested before. This stuff is a miracle. The leaves with the black spot are shot, they will not 'unspot'. Protecting your new growth is the key now.
