Can you ever have enough wicker? I myself dont think so,its kinda like roses,(ADDICTING)Especially when you get it for a good price.
the 2nd wicker planter,i found this one on hwy 8 somewhere going back home cost $25.00. The wicker chair $25.00
What are you so obsessed with collecting ?
the chairs out in the rain, and on some nice sunny day it will get a new coat of paint.

I think they are beautiful and I am glad you got such a great deal. I love taking old things and cleaning them up and giving them new life. Way to go. Enjoy your "new" wicker and we can never have enough!

yup, books. I kinda live in a library. Mostly "stuff I want to make someday but never will get around to" sort of books!
Lovely wicker finds, wonder why wicker is traditionally painted white? Seems like butter-yellow would be lovely-er!

Some of my wicker has had some other colors showing thru,i dont really like it all freshly painted, but the new chair is in definate need of some color.
I think collecting is good, keeps you busy.
This is the rest of my collection right now.

I love wicker in the garden. In the past I've had a wicker chair which was converted to a plant stand and a wicker book shelf that held many pot plants. For this year I have an adorble wicker chair ... it's in the garage with all my other stuff. Not sure what I will do with it yet, but I'll be sure to post a photo when it is done.
