Today Me and Ron went to go buy mulch from Colonial nursery in Blue Springs. On the way we stoped by Home Depot,to see what they had for bushes.(kat jumping for joy). "Look at those roses". They had climbing roses for $20.00 (huge)and tree roses for 27.00(huge).We bought 3 climbers and 1 tree rose.At Colonial we got a big bucket of mulch to go in truck for $17.00,so we'd have plenty of room for the roses.
Now comes the fun part...digging out the old, planting the new..
digging out old.
using jeep to pull them out.
hauling the old away.
bailey joins into help.
some of the new roses.
the mulch.
the tree rose.
the finished job.

LOL, Melissa, there is 2 roses by arbor, pink ones, but they got zapped by the frost,so not sure what they will do this year, the trees we have in front with no leaves are rose of sharon trees, also zapped by frost(white flowers) last year they were beautiful..
a pick of one side near arbor before frost zapped the rose..
the other side of arbor before frost..keeping fingers crossed they come back..
