There are so many diffrent species. There's the mallow, grows near swampy areas. Then the tropical, and also hardy varieties. We purchased rose of sharon tree's that are related as well.Being your in the Phillipines,a warm place. I would guess yours would be of a tropical variety.

Olga, check this picture out. The stamin looks like the one on your plant and the leaves have the same shape.

Isn't yours a creeping variety Olga, it is beautiful and very unusual.
OK, I knew if I looked long and hard enough I would find it, I am that hard headed:

Are you sure Olga? The leaves on your plant have three lobes but the ones on the other have 5. The flower is very, very similar but the leaves are wrong....they are both members of the Mallow family so the flowers will look pretty much alike. At that point you have to go by the leaf shape.

As I see it, this plant have leaves in 3 and 5 lobes just like my plant here and the shape of the leaves are the same with sharon's finding.
I love this plant, it grows so fast.
Thank you ALL for the help!!
I named this before as "Hibiscus-creeper" Smile
