Very lush Eric, would love to take a walk around it. You must have quite a bit of maintenance these days as I remember from old photos that you have quite a large garden?

And what a view it is!! That is a beautiful garden Eric! Everything is so neat and tidy...a far cry from the chaos in my yard. Gorgeous!
