I have no idea what to do about this problem so I'm hoping one of you can help me out.

I have BT broadband and am having a strange problem with it at the moment. Every time someone uses one of the telephones in the house and then ends the call I get dropped out of the internet. Very frustrating. BT's helpline is no help as when I get through it's to India and the folks there don't seem to understand what I'm taking about. Confused
