Time to heat up that grill:
1 pound of fresh asparagus, wash, cut in 2inch pieces
drizzle with olive oil
sprinkle with garlic salt
Cook in microwave 1min then put on grill in special grill bowl pan.Cook until tender.

That's interesting.
I've never tried asparagus prepared that way. I have grilled them though. But cutting them into small pieces, cooking in microwave for 1 min, and the addition of garlic salt is interesting.

Wow grilled asparagus. Asparagus is one of my favorite veggies, and grilling is my favorite way to cook. I can't wait to try it. I'm wondering what you meant by “special grill bowl pan”

I'll be harvesting some asparagus today and I think I'll try grilling them.

We love grilled asparagus. We use one of those little nonstick grill pans you use on top of the grill.

That special grill pan looks like a metal round bowl with holes in it made for grilling. I bought mine at Lowes in the grill dept. There is a flat one for fish, or can put vegetables on it too.
