Vegetables with Spicy Honey Peanut Sauce
- Makes 6 servings -


Ingredients

1/2
cup honey

1/4
cup peanut butter

2
Tablespoons soy sauce

1
Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1/8
teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

4
cups broccoli florets

4
cups sliced carrots

4
cups snow peas

6
cups cooked white rice



Directions

Combine honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, cilantro and red pepper in small bowl; mix well and set aside. Steam vegetables until crisp-tender; drain well. Toss steamed vegetables with peanut sauce in large bowl.




Serving Suggestions

Serve immediately over rice.

Hi Al,

I take it you could used different nuts instead of peanuts? Daren't have peanuts anywhere in the house as my youngest lad is highly allergic to them.
