About three years ago I planted several Iris, only one survived. Since it has grown to four plants but, has never ever flowered  . I don't even know what color it is now  . It isn't to deep it's sitting on top of the ground. The leaves are so big (1.5'-2') they fall over. I have it planted under a oak tree. It gets lots of sun before the tree gets good leaves but, only morning now. If I need to move it should I do it now or later?
