I know I said I wasn't going to do these with clay pots but I was at a garage sale of an avid clay pot gardener..and the rest is as you can see....they only cost a $1.00 for all of them!!

I like the size of yours. What have you got planted in it?

Interesting to see one made with a wider pot, I think actually prefer it like that looking at the photo. Good job Neshane.

I like it with the clay pots also. I am going to 'nip' your idea and use it in one of my displays at work. Very very good job. And just a buck? You're a genius...

Really nice, neshane. I like the looks of the wider pots too and love the used look of them, both give them so much character.

I planted Lanai, cherry red-Verbena in the top one, it's suppose to spill over the edge.
Pincushion flowers-Ritz Blue in the second one and Rebecca Tufted Violets in the bottom one. I have lots of hens and chicks I need to do something with.
Next year I think I would like to take the top one off and put on a size smaller, then I will have a large base to make another one!! I think it looks top heavy.

No I don't think it looks top heavy. Once the planting is established and begins to drape itself over the pots it's going to be lovely. Do show us more photographs as it fills out please.
