dr got a new gas grill. It's his pride and joy. He made smoked pork ribs for dinner today. They were great. He used mesquite wood chips.

He had some supervision.

Bet those ribs were great~I'm sure it wasn't the grill that made them taste so good!!

That's some piece of equipment DR has there. Puts my George Foreman to shame that's for sure. Nothing like a grill-fest to bring people together. Hope it brings you many hours of enjoyment.

That should keep the heat out of your kitchen. Hope you have a lot of fun with it.

Whoa, put a motor and steering wheel on that and drive around town....that thing is huge. Bet DR can have lots of fun with that this summer. I have seen a program on PBS about cooking on a grill that size, seems everything you can think of can be cooked on one.

Every sort of grill has its place but remember like it said in "Fried Green Tomatoes", the secret's in the sauce. Or in my case, the secret formula spice rub.

Now THAT is what I need! Love it! Nothing quite like grilled ribs either. Looks like Chance was waiting for a rib to hit the ground!
