Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 18 min.


14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese\grated
2 ounces turkey pepperoni, diced
2 plum tomatoes\cooked, diced
1 cup yellow pepper, sliced
1 tsp. oregano
2 Tbs. chopped parsley

Nutritional Info.
Calories: 200 Protein: 13.0g
Fat: 9.0g Cholesterol: 30mg
Calories From Fat: 41% Dietary Fiber: 1.0g




Preheat oven to 400°F. Press pizza dough into 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 12 minutes; remove from oven and spread ricotta cheese over crust. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, tomatoes, yellow pepper and oregano.
Return to oven and bake for 6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley, cut into squares and serve.

Thanks Al!! Was browsing the forums and trying to catch up when I noticed this recipe. Have passed it on to my daughter, Laura, who adores pizza.
