It was a Yerba Mate blend and it was so delicious! It was a toasted yerba mate chai called Heart of Darkness. This was my first time drinking yerba mate and I do notice the extra caffiene kick...whoa!

I'd like to try making some of my own blends, but not quite sure where to start....

I've got the one from Celestial Seasonings with the lion on the box...I think it's Madagascar Vanilla...yum!
