Hello I was wondering if it is too late in the season to put out seeds for annuals ? Will I end up with plants and no blooms ? I am in zone 7, RI.

I have some poppy seeds I'd love to plant, and a few others.

thanks in advance for any advice. Exclamation

I think you might be too late for annuals in zone 7. (I am 7 also) Perennials can be started as they will winter over. You are probably ok with some of the fast growing veggies like radishes, squash, & cukes. The leafy herbs like basil and parsley are ok too. Pumpkins is ok too, as they have a long season into fall.
