Just to explain this particular part of the garden a little bit,
it is really just the top end of the driveway,
which we decided would make a good patio area,
but I didn't enjoy looking into the grilles of our automobiles when we sat down to relax,
 so a privacy screen seemed to be the answer.
I'm a terrible junk collector  so I "just-happened-to-have"
two sections of what I presume was black iron balcony railing.
We attached them, one atop the other,
and mounted them between the lattice panels.
The curlicue at the top is just a length of flexible copper tubing,
which we curved and attached to give a more graceful, finished appearance.
Ive always admired the beautiful gated gardens of Charleston and Savannah,
so I hoped that this would lend that feeling to my seating area.
From the other side, you can easily see how near the vehicles are parked,
but with the screen in place, I don't mind at all,
they actually give us additional privacy from the road.

OOOoooo, there you go, making me jealous again with your creativity and eye for stuff. Will the plants in pots grow up and help with the screening? Not that it matters, whose going to look past this?!?

Gosh ZZP, imagine you having just the things you need in your junk stash. lol
It is lovely, and the curlicue really finishes it off. I love what you have done with the inside of the "gate".

I thought it was one panel too. Great job! The curl at the top does give it that extra something.

You do amaze me Zuzu that is now a very impressive spot to sit and admire.I thought it was one piece too.
