It was a little breezy this afternoon, but not cold so I watered all the little trees that I planted in the fall. The arborvitae were getting brown on the tips. I watered all the shrubs or bushes that did not lose their leaves. The rose bushes are getting new little red leaves. I think it's a bit early but I guess no one told the rose bushes. The bulbs that I planted are beginning to come up too. I think some of them are supposed to bloom early. Dooley

I've got all my spring bulbs popping their heads through the soil already. Felt quite sorry for them yesterday and today as it snowed and then froze. Temeratures of -7 here at the moment. Bet they all wished they'd stayed underground for a bit longer.
