Pepper Steak

Preparation time: 5 min.
Cooking time: 10 min.


2 Tbs. peppercorns, crushed
2 tsp rosemary, crushed, or 2 Tbs. fresh, chopped
4 boneless sirloin steaks, about 1/4 lb. each

Prepare grill or broiler. Combine crushed peppercorns and rosemary in a bowl. Press pepper mixture into both sides of steaks. Grill or broil 4 minutes per side for medium done meat.

Nutritional Info.
Calories: 265 Protein: 38.7g
Fat: 10.3g Cholesterol: 112mg
Calories From Fat: 36% Dietary Fiber: 1.1g
