Looking in my Territorial Seed Company catalog I can order Angelica, Anise Hyssop, Borage, Caraway, Cumin, Chives, Fennel, SLovage, Greek Oregano, Summer Savory, Epazote, Winter Thyme and Creeping Thyme with the amount of money on the gift certificate I received.
It is difficult to order plants in Arizona. I plan to buy nursery plants. They have certification to sell inspected plants. I think, basil, coriander, dilllemon balm, bee balm, lavender, sage, rosemary and tarragon.
This should fill the space I have and maybe I'll use the terrace by the side of the house and put the dill in the garden.
Is this a good mix? I will have to choose where I plant because of the sun/shade thing. But, I think with the three areas I can accommate them. Dooley

Nice selection Dooley. Why not add some mint and lemon balm too? Just remember they're invasive though but you could confine them in pots.

I have lemom balm already. I can just transplant it. I have some mint and my neighbor has said he'd give me some. I love the way lemon balm smells when you brush it or rub it in your hands. Dooley

Good idea Eileen, mint is a must have in any garden, fresh mint on new potatoes mint on garden peas, yummy . mint in iced drinks mmmm.
Did you know that mint is the most widely used herb in the world? You are right about it being invasive, I cut the bottoms out of my pots and then plant them in the ground . this restricts them . Also Dooley why not grow some garden peas ? they are very easy . five minutes after picking you are eating them , how fresh is that? regards Bugs
