I eat summer squash flowers by first boiling till soft and then mixing them in flour,and frying them.My question is can I freeze as they are without boiling first.

I don't think you can Bob. I'm just thinking about how my squash plants and blooms look after a frost-dark and mushy.
Of course I could be wrong...
