I am looking for the best soil for my home garden. I am new to gardening, but I want to start out with a really premium product. Any suggestions would be helpful!

Try your local nurseries, they should have a bedding mix that is very premuium. My friend uses it and grows beautiful veggies and flowers.

I think a good idea would be to buy yourself a soil testing kit first before buying any type of soil. Once you know exactly what your soil PH is you can tell the garden centre or nursery and they will be able to advise you on what exactly you will need for your planting.

I second Eileen's comment.
You can purchase peat, sand and potting soil and mix your own, any good garden center wil have everything you need.

This is definitely not the quick 'n easy fix but for the long term it will pay huge dividends in gorgeous flowers and tasty/nutritious fruits and veggies... Learn about composting and making your own soil amendments..
