Me and my sister have tons of leftover spinach leaves that we don't want to go to waste, any suggestions on what to do with them?

Hiya chefs 
You may have already done this with some of your fresh spinach, but
I always like to blanch and freeze some in small zipper bags
to add to winter soups and casseroles.
