Had this plant given to me 4 year ago
after 3yrs have been trying to dig it out up next up as bad as ever
it is a pretty plant but ohhhhhhhhh the stink of it in flower
as it is to close to the flat when in flower all the blowflys and stink of rotten meat
any idea's how to get rid of it as it just keeps coming up every year

The only reference to this name in Google is this question. Do you have a Latin name or even an English one for it?
In any case Roundup will kill most green things, so spray with it when the plant has leaves.

My brain is not working today. I realise what you mean by this plant now, Dracunculus vulgaris.
As I said Roundup used when the plant has leaves.
